   Incredible experience. Understanding and professional staff. I have severe dental anxiety and they really took care of me. They have modern equipment that is properly taken care of. I recommend this office to all of my friends and family that are in the area.
EDIT: I have been a patient here for 2 years now and it has consistently been an incredible experiences they’re constantly reinvesting in their office and everyone is so knowledgeable and look like they’re happy to be there. In the dental world, that’s extremely refreshing to see

   The moment I walk thru the door the professionalism radiates of a team at all levels working very well together and are very knowledgeable and able to articulate information in a manor that provided total clarity. This is the first at any Dentist office I went to that my Insurance paperwork was done and I knew exactly what I had to pay and what my Insurance would pay and any other questions I had were answered,

   Had some dental work done today, I had this procedure done earlier at another dentist and it was unbearable and was not looking forward to it.  Today was like icing on a cake, no pain or discomfort at all from start to finish or even after numbing wore off.
Brooke did an excellent job and made sure I was comfortable and  always made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain.
Such a relief to find a dentist with staff who care about you and just not a money grab.
Highly recommend Plattner Dentistry to anyone looking for the best one.

   Whether you’re young or old, going to the dentist may not be one of your favorite things. I enjoy going because of the warm reception from the receptionist and the quality expertise and friendliness of Dr. Plattner and her staff.  I also appreciate that I get to schedule with the same dental hygienist. I appreciate her services.  It’s always great customer service and Dr. Plattner is someone I trust.    I highly recommend Dr. Michele Plattner and the team at Plattner Dentistry. After years of paying for dental insurance that seemed to cover very little, I was pleasantly surprised by their membership program. It costs less than traditional dental insurance and actually provides value.

What I appreciate most is that if additional dental work is needed, the pricing is very reasonable and transparent. There are no surprises, and I always feel like my best interests come first.

Dr. Plattner is professional, caring, and takes the time to explain treatment options and answer questions. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit a positive experience.

   Very nice modern building that makes you feel more comfortable as soon as you walk in. It doesn't give you the normal dull office vibes that portray the painful visit you think will happen. All of the staff are very professional and kind and are also quick to welcome you with kind words at all times. The dentist was very informative and truly seemed like they want you to understand any information given and not just seem like they are in a rush and reading from a script. All together I had a very amazing visit, and will continue to go back to them regularly for any further dental needs.

   Very considerate of my dental anxiety and special requests, such as not using a bite block because it increases my anxiety about dental procedures. She also made sure I was completely numb before starting, which hasn't always been the case with other dentists. Finally she worked quickly and I was done with getting my filling much faster than I expected. It can be hard to get an appointment, but I have found if you check back, they can usually find a time that works for you.

   I had to make an emergency appointment today for tooth pain.  I have severe dental anxiety and get extremely nervous and almost sick prior to dental work.  This was my first visit at Plattner Dental and I will be back!    My first visit to Plattner. Desk staff was extremely helpful and so very nice. My hygienist, Amber, is a stickler for detail. Very thorough with her cleaning and is the utmost professional. 
Michelle greeted me with a friendly "Welcome" and made me feel comfortable as this was my first time at her office

   Dr. Plattner and her staff are as good as it gets.  Put you at ease, explain everything thoroughly, and treat you with kindness.  Also they have a beautiful and comfortable office.  I hate the dentist, and I can’t say enough good things about this place.

   This was my first time going to the dentist since 2018. Needless to say I was extremely anxious. Dr. Plattner and her team did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and cared for. They took thorough x-rays, explained any concerns they had, and did an amazing cleaning. 10/10 would recommend!

   My hygienist was amazing!! I didn’t catch her name but she was super nice and a great hygienist. She definitely knows what she is doing. Dr. Plattner is awesome as well. The environment is great and the practice itself is very clean and welcoming.

   Excellent care..the staff made me feel very comfortable from the onset.  Dr. Plattner was so kind and I was very comfortable during the procedure.  As apprehensive as I was about going to the Dentist, I found this entire experience very comfortable.  Great staff explaining what will and what is happening!!!!    Dr. Plattner and her staff could not be more gentle and responsive. She needed to make molds of my teeth to get a proper fit for a new crown. Instead of just popping the plastic molds into my mouth where they dig into the tissue under the tongue and cause a lot of pain, Dr. Plattner took the time to grind down the excess pieces of the mold to provide a proper fit that was painless while I had to bite down on it  through the cure time of the mold putty. I have never had any dentist do this. 
Also, her technician who cleaned my teeth was as gentle as can be. I am very satisfied that I have chosen the right dentist.

   Excellent customer service. They didn’t push products just focused on getting my gums and teeth healthy. First time ever getting fully numb for a periodontal cleaning, which was fantastic. Normally I can barely stand it so I prolong my visits. I’m very pleased with my service.

   Dr. Platter is one of the best dentist I have ever seen in my life. I have several dozen all over the country and in a variety of settings. Her skills are excellent and diagnosis is thorough. She is so pleasant and accommodating. Her staff are super friendly and will work with you through every phase of the process. Highly recommend!!!
